Presbyterian Women  Hold Dolls 2 Love Luncheon
(Photos from luncheon will be forthcoming.  Photos below are dolls made by several of the Good Hope Presbyterian women before the luncheon.)

Rag Dolls 2 Love, Inc was started to put a soft cloth doll  in the hands of children in countries ravaged by war. The dolls have no hair or clothes.  They only have eyes, heart and a smile.  The cloth from which they are made has no specific ethnicity.  The doll is 20" long, big enough to hug and small enough to tuck under a child's arm. On March 25, 2006, the Presbyterian Women of Good Hope gathered to make "Rag Dolls to Love" to send to children in war torn countries.  Ladies gathered to cut patterns, stuff arms and legs and sew the dolls together.  The women had a wonderful time of fellowship together.  In January, 2007, Rev. Richard Roberts went to Honduras and delivered over 100 dolls to the children in the Honduran village as well as clothes and medical supplies for the residents of the village.

Audra McMullan travels to Honduras with the Baptist Medical and Dental International Organization

Audra McMullan traveled to Honduras January 14 - 21, 2006 with the Baptist Medical and Dental International Organization.  While there, people of all ages received dental, medical, pharmaceutical, and optical care.  A non-denominational revival service was held each evening in the village.  Upon her return home, Audra shared with the congregation her experience in the Honduras.  It was a wonderful experience for her and she hopes to be able to go again in the future.
